The terms that govern your use of Trekka.

By creating an account or using Trekka, you agree to these Terms of Service. Trekka is operated as part of the Maniverse ecosystem. Your use of integrated services (including Marii) is also subject to their respective terms:
When you sign up for Trekka, a corresponding account and tenant are automatically created and linked in Marii, our internal business management software. Marii handles invoicing, customer records, and accounting for your Trekka operations. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Trekka provides delivery management software including a dispatch dashboard, driver mobile app, client tracking pages, and SMS notifications. We strive to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Trekka uses SMS credits to send delivery notifications to recipients. Credits are included with your plan and can be purchased separately. SMS credits are non-refundable. Failed or undelivered messages still consume credits as they are charged by the SMS gateway at the point of dispatch.
Trekka offers annual and lifetime pricing plans denominated in USD. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Your plan includes a set number of driver seats and SMS credits as described on our pricing page.
You retain ownership of the data you enter into Trekka (consignment records, driver information, client details). We process this data to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share recipient contact information for SMS notifications.
You agree not to:
Trekka is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost deliveries, failed SMS messages, or business losses arising from use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform ends, but we retain your data for a reasonable period as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of Trekka after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
