Trekka ("we", "our", "us") is a delivery management platform operated as part of the Maniverse ecosystem. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Trekka's dispatch dashboard, driver app, and client tracking pages.
When you create a Trekka account, we collect:
Trekka is integrated with Marii, our internal business management software for invoicing, customer management, and accounting. When you sign up for Trekka, a corresponding account and tenant are automatically created and linked in Marii. This integration allows us to provide seamless invoicing and customer management alongside your delivery operations.

We use your information to:
Trekka sends SMS messages to delivery recipients at key status changes (driver assigned, in transit, out for delivery, delivered). These messages are sent on behalf of your company as part of the delivery service. SMS credits are consumed from your account balance.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We share data only as necessary to operate the platform:
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls. OTP codes for proof of delivery are time-limited and expire after use.
We retain your delivery data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and operational purposes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can also request a copy of your data or ask us to restrict its processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
